কর্নাটকের উত্তর কন্যর জেলার এক প্রযুক্তি বিদ , শিক্ষা নামে একটি মানবিক রোবট তৈরি করেছেন ।এই রোবটটি শিশুদের চতুর্থ শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত শিক্ষা দান করতে পারে। রোবটটি সম্পূর্ন রূপে প্রস্তুত হলেও এটিকে আনুষ্ঠানিক ভাবে কোথাও এখনও পর্যন্ত ব্যবহার করা হয় নি। রোবটটির নির্মাতা অক্ষয় মাশেলকার ইলেকট্রনিকসে বিশেষীকরন সহ পদার্থ বিদায় স্নাতক।তিনি জানিয়েছেন শিশু শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে অর্থাৎ চতুর্থ শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত শিশুদের পাঠ দানের ক্ষেত্রে এই রোবট গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করবে। তার মতে কোডিড কালীন পরিস্থিতিতে অনলাইন পড়াশোনা শিশুদের কাছে এক ঘেয়ে ওঠে। যা শিশুদের কে শিক্ষার প্রতি নিরুৎসাহিত করে তোলে। মূলত সেই কথা মাথায় রেখে এই শিক্ষা মানব নির্মাণ করার কাজ শুরু করেন। তিনি জানিয়েছেন গ্রামীন শিশুদের পক্ষে অনলাইন শিক্ষা গ্রহন অনেক কারণে কষ্ট সাধ্য হয়ে ওঠে। সেই ক্ষেত্রে এই শিক্ষা মানব তাদের সেই সমস্যা থেকে অনেকটা রেহাই দিতে পারবে বলে মনে করেন। শিশুরা সঠিক উত্তর দান করলে এই রোবট শিশু দের উৎসাহিত করার জন্যে হাত নেড়ে নেড়ে উঠবে। যেহেতু গ্রামীণ শিশুদের কথা মাথায় রেখে এই শিক্ষা মানব নির্মাণ করা হয়েছে তাই খুব উন্নত প্রযুক্তির ব্যবহার এতে করা হয়নি বলে জানিয়েছে অক্ষয় মাশেলকার এই শিক্ষা মানবের নির্মাতা।

A technologist from Karnataka's Uttar Kanyar district has developed a humanoid robot called Shiksha. This robot can teach children up to class IV.  Although the robot is fully developed, it has not been officially used anywhere yet.  The creator of the robot, Akshay Mashelkar, is a physics graduate with specialization in electronics. He said that this robot will play an important role in the field of child education, i.e. teaching children up to class IV.  According to him, in the current situation of covid-19, online education is becoming more and more popular among children.  Which discourages children from learning.  Basically, with that in mind, he started the work of building this education.  He said that online education becomes difficult for rural children due to many reasons.  In that case, this education man thinks that they can get rid of that problem a lot.  If the children give the correct answer, the robot will wave its hand to encourage the children.  Akshay Mashelkar, the creator of this Shiksha Manav said that since this Shiksha Manav has been built keeping in mind the rural children, very advanced technology has not been used in it.
